Decent service, delivery could be quicker

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 5G and also signed up for Plus Internet 5G. The phone arrived well-packaged and is performing as expected, very high quality. The internet service setup was pretty smooth too. My only small gripe was that the phone took about 6 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other places. Customer service was polite when I called to check on the delivery status, though. Value for money seems fair overall.

They definitely have student discounts on subscriptions. For phones, sometimes they have specific bundles that come out cheaper for everyone, but a dedicated student discount on the device itself is less common, afaik.

No, usually you can only use one coupon or promo code per order. That's how it is with most places, Plus included.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month for a router that wasn't working right. Just followed the instructions on their site and got my money back pretty quick.

I returned a phone once. You gotta make sure it's within the return window and in good condition. They have a process, not super complicated, but you'll need the original packaging and all that.

I paid for my fiber internet with a regular bank transfer, and they also take debit/credit cards. PayPal might be an option at checkout, a lot of places do now, but I'd double check their payment methods page.

It pops up pretty often, sometimes it's free even. But it's usually part of a specific promotion, so it's not a permanent thing. If you see it, grab it.

I think it's a promotional thing. When I signed up last year, it was a limited-time offer. They bring it back a lot though, especially with new customer bundles.
